Welcome to our 2008 Spiral Guest programme. There are a number of exciting guests lined up for you this year, and what a better way to start than to highlight all our past Spiral Guests. Whether you are here for the first time or a returning visitor, let us remind ourselves of these gems in the Body of Christ.


Muyiwa Olarewaju is the well known DJ who presents 'Worship Tonight' on Premier Radio. He is also an award winning musician, worship leader and founder of the band Riversongz. Muyiwa was our first Spiral Guest, and for those of you that loved 'Declaring His Power', Muyiwa and Riversongz will be releasing a new CD in February 2008. Read Muyiwa's interview here.

Steve Deeming lives a life dedicated to prayer and adventure. He is involved in the Boiler Room initiative across London and talks to us about prayer, travelling and life. Jonathan Green is the Young Adult Pastor at Methodist Central Hall, Westminster . He also runs The Sanctuary which is a Christian community in the heart of Westminster and part of the Methodist Church . They consist of a growing collective of students, twenties and early thirties, who are committed to exploring and expressing life that is centred upon Jesus Christ. Born in Singapore to ‘free thinkers’ parents, Soke Mun Ho accepted Jesus Christ and is now the pastor of Wembley Christian Centre (WCC).  She communicates a vision that is as great as it is simple, as practical and down to earth, as it is spiritual.  WCC she says is a church of the horizon, touching Heaven and changing earth.  Michelle Johnson spoke with Pastor Ho and caught a glimpse of the inspiring view.


Whilst working as a journalist in Zimbabwe, Brendan Munro found salvation through the persistent efforts of a local Christian. He felt God's call on his life and went to Bible school in Johannnesburg for a couple of years before returning to England and leading a church in Haringey. Brendan is passionate about Church unity and tells us more about his life and work. Read Brendan's interview here.

Rev Nims Obunge is the Pastor of Freedom Ark Church and also serves as the Chief Executive of the Peace Alliance, a crime reduction charity working in partnership with faith, community, business and statutory organizations to help reduce crime and promote cohesion amongst communities. Rev Nims is very passionate about promoting peace. Our interview reveals more about his passion and motivation.

The Global Day of Prayer this year will be taking place at Milwall Football Staduim on the 11th of May 2008 . Last year, the event brough together thousands of Christians united in prayer at Upton Park.

Deanna Holmes is passionate about marriage and believes that the Church needs to rethink its current attitudes and teachings towards singles. Ayd Instone believes that anybody can be a creative genius. As a Motivational Speaker and Coach he helps people become inspired, find their passions and unlock their creativity. Ayd seems to have granted himself permission to become the person he was created to be.  However, his journey could hardly be considered, straightforward.  Read Ayd's interview here.


Jeff Lestz' life reflects the power of God to make a difference in a person's life.  When he was a child, he lost his parents tragically, and grew up in orphanages , foster homes.& on the streets of Chicago . Read the complete story of his amazing childhood and young adulthood experiences, and ultimately, how he came to a personal knowledge of Jesus Christ.  He is married to Margo and is now a business entrepreneur.
